[At this very moment on the grounds of Camp Eff You Die, a letter was sitting on one of the many counters in the Mess Hall Kitchen addressed to one Ned the Pie-Maker.]

Dear Ned,

It's starting to feel like it's my own personal destiny to never get the chance to say goodbye to the people I love and it's not one I'm particularly resigned to, but I guess there's some consolation in the fact that this is very much a temporary goodbye as opposed to my, well, more permanent experiences with them in the past. I can't even begin to tell you how much I hate the thought of leaving you behind like this, Ned, but it helps to know that you have Digby and all the new friends you've made since we unceremoniously waltzed our way into camp. I know you'll be fine; you're really a lot better with people than you think and I'm sure they'll all be of great comfort to you.

It's times like these I wish I had the mind of poet or at least a competent-if-not-brilliant writer, but just know that I love you and will be devoting my single-minded attention towards understanding wormholes and time-space discrepancies until I can brainstorm some way of getting you and everyone else out with Emerson and Olive.

Apparently the gorillas feel that giving me the opportunity to write one goodbye letter is more than generous, so please give everyone my love and absolute best wishes - especially Yuta, Zuko, Azula, Jet, Ty Lee, Bart, Ronan, Percy, Nico, Cornelia, Daisuke, Gon, Guy, Vincent, an Violet - and tell them that I'm sorry I wasn't able to say a proper goodbye.

And remember, we'll always have Louisiana.

[At this very moment, many normal occurrences were happening in the grounds of Camp Eff You Die: the violent, violet primates - unconcerned that the season and opportunity had passed - were attempting to dance in a production of "The Nutcracker". The toucans provided a raucous interpretation of Tchaikovsky's "Dance of the Flowers" in the background and Marcy the Tentacle Monster waved a conductor's baton grandly and importantly from her spot within the lake.

Completely unaware of all these perfectly normal occurrences, Lonely Tourist Charlotte Charles began attempt number eight for finding the perfect complimentary fruit to her blue-cheese pie crust in the Mess Hall kitchens. Makino Tsukushi was likewise occupied with her studies in the F4 Lounge library, blissfully unaware that twenty-three gorillas in tutus were clumsily crashing into each other during their ill-fated attempts at the grand jeté. Meanwhile, Noda Megumi - fondly known to all as "Nodame" - was on her forty-third attempt at reconnecting with Mozart while playing his Piano Sonata No 11 in A major K 331 Third movement - Rondo Alla Turca.

And, at this very moment, another very normal occurrence for the campgrounds of CFUD happened; in the blink of an eye, Charlotte Charles, Makino Tsukushi, and Noda Megumi were suddenly nowhere to be found. Instead, perched primly in their respective places with nothing but a note declaring "WATER ME", were the following: a potted daisy, a potted weed (of the non-Cannabis variety), and a potted specimen of the Western Skunk Cabbage.]

[OOC: Which is a very long-winded way of saying: going on hiatus! If anyone needs to react to Nodame, Makino, or Chuck's disappearances, have at it! Cheers!]

Just a note that I'm putting Nodame, Makino, and Chuck on hiatus for a week-ish due to Aki Con and that scanlation project thing I'm still clinging to! Although if you need any of them in the next day or so I can probably swing it.

NOT THAT I'VE BEEN VERY ACTIVE ANYWAY, but going to be MIA for a bit since I'm busy running errands the next few days and then am off to a dog-sitting gig at a house with super-slow internet only available in a tiny, cramped room. I'm going to pick snuggling the Basset Hound/Labrador cross over my internet life and take it easy for a couple of days :3

So tiiiiiiny hiatus for Nodame, Makino, and Chuck! \o/
